When I was learning to sew, my mother knew when I should stop for the evening - or take a break during the day. In a frustrated state I would
be undoing what I had just done because I'd made a mistake. She just knew. Sometimes you just can't force something to work. Forcing it meant the strong possibility of making more mistakes.
Sometimes you just need to set a task aside. Go for some exercise, a fresh air break, or do something different for awhile. When you come back to your challenge, you may have a simple solution, you may see something you didn't see before or you may just feel level headed enough to plod your way through getting it done.
Back to it!
