Yesterday I stopped in to visit the people I used to work with at Westburne.  I haven't been back there in close to six months, and wasn't sure what to expect.

By the time I left I had probably been hugged by 50 people - virtually everyone I saw reacted with delight.  Cool! What a great way to fill my cup.

I've had similar experiences since moving back to Barrie.

I think it is really easy to get caught up in our day to day "stuff" and forget to reach out and stay in touch with people we've come to know along the way.  Don't move on completely.  People are important, and you are one of them.

Keep in touch.  It's good for your heart.

with a hug
